Fun in the mud

We had a Saturday with nothing scheduled and decided to enjoy our time, even if it was raining. Jennifer did the research for us, how amazing.

We started the day (in our amazing ponchos and rubber boots) with the corn maze, which we made our way back out.

We then tried our hands at the pumpkin sling shot...trying to hit the "Grinch" in the field for a free ice cream cone. Too bad we all missed.

Then we hiked through the pumpkin patch picking out our favorite pumpkins. I guess Brody will be painting his.
We are so mean we even made Mia carry her pumpkin to the stand to pay for it, then we put all the pumpkins in a wheel barrow to transport them to the van.

Birds

I answered a question for Emmi, probably not in the best way:

Emmi: "I don't understand how I am your daughter!"

Me: "Well Emmi, you have an amazing Mother.....................................................and we had sex."

Not sure who was more shocked, Emmi or Jennifer.
